Pembroke Rodeo Celebrates 50 Years of Tradition and Community
Thousands of visitors gathered in Pembroke Township last weekend to celebrate a milestone event as the Pembroke Rodeo marked its 50th anniversary with two days of thrilling competition, family entertainment, and community pride. The annual event, held May 23–24, drew spectators from throughout Illinois and neighboring states, continuing a tradition that has become one of the region’s most anticipated Memorial Day weekend attractions.
Hosted by Latting Rodeo Productions, the event featured classic rodeo competitions including bull riding, barrel racing, roping events, and bronc riding.
